WASWUG 2012 Presenter Instructions
Your PowerPoint presentation is due by February 21. Follow the directions below to complete the process. The PowerPoint template is now available for you to prepare for your session. Click here to download the file.

PowerPoint Instructions: Step 1: Download the WASWUG 2012 PowerPoint Template
Note: Please DO NOT change the slide format.
Step 2: Prepare your presentation. Please name the file in this format: Date.PresenterLast Name.Session Title. Example: Sean Fleming’s session is titled, “Why I love WSIPC” and he is speaking on March 11. The file name would be “3.11.12.Fleming.WhyIloveWSIPC.ppt”.
Step 3: Email the ppt. file (if under 5MB) to presentations@waswug.org. If your file is larger than 5MB, please zip the file or send via “http://www.yousendit.com”. We will review your formatting to make sure everything looks good. You will receive a confirmation email message to let you know that your process is finished (you can include supporting documents following the same procedure).
Making late changes (after Feb. 24): If you need to make late changes, those can be added onsite. Each room has an Internet connection or you can bring your updated presentation on a USB Key.
Personal Laptops: We will not be able to accommodate the use of personal laptops.
AV Equipment provided for you in each presentation room: Laptop, LCD Projector, Projection Screen, Microphone and Wireless Pointers.
WASWUG Connect: If you have registered for the conference, then you received an invitation to participate on WASWUG Connect. Please take advantage of this tool for creating interest in your presentation. If you need a new invitation please contact sean@kfevents.com.
Presentation Deadline: The absolute final date presentations can be received for upload is February 24, 2012. We have over 150 sessions to process, so turning in your presentation ahead of time is greatly appreciated!
